We have written our terms of service for you so that you know exactly what we promise and what we expect from you.
We hope that you will read this document carefully.
These terms apply to all Ocillo services.
These terms cover:
- How we build or optimize your website
- How we maintain your website
- What our service packages include
- How billing will be handled
- How you can modify or terminate the service
- Responsibilities and obligations
- Ownership rights
All prices are exclusive of VAT (VAT 0%).
Agreement
The subscriber to the service agrees to these terms and conditions when placing an order. The agreement is valid for a fixed term of 12 months from the start of the order.
After the fixed term, the agreement continues to be valid until further notice. The notice period after the fixed term is one (1) month before the start of the next billing period. The notice period also applies to the service provider.
If the service is terminated during the billing period, no refunds will be given for payments already made.
The service provider may change these terms and conditions by notifying the subscriber one month before the changes take effect. The changes will not take effect during a fixed-term contract period.
We will notify you of any changes related to billing, such as price increases, three months before the change takes effect.
Other terms and conditions:
- The service provider reserves the right to refuse an order
- The service provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement (in accordance with the notice period)
- Terms agreed upon in a separate agreement override the terms mentioned in this agreement
Service packages
Ocillo offers a full-service website service called Ocillo+.
The service is provided on a monthly recurring basis.
All Ocillo service packages include full service. See below for more details on the packages.
Ocillo+
Price: €279/month
Full maintenance for your website, including:

- Fast, mobile and SEO-optimized code
- Professional text copy
- High quality stock photos (if needed)
- Continuous technical SEO optimization
- WordPress CMS – content management
- Amazon SES integration
- Domain and DNS management
- Premium hosting

Ocillo+ Growth
Price: €479/month
Includes all Ocillo+ features plus:
- Cloudflare Pro integration
- Cloudflare WordPress APO (Automatic Platform Optimization for WordPress)
- CRM integration
- 2 hours of support and content changes per month
- 2 hours of SEO consulting per quarter
- Capacity: 800,000 page views/month
Website capacity
The stated page view limits are indicative. You can safely exceed the limits slightly for a few months of the year. We will notify you if you exceed the limits for more than three months of the year and offer you a more suitable service package.
Website delivery
The service is delivered in two stages. Read more about the stages below.
Build stage
During the build stage, we either optimize your existing website or create a completely new website for you.
We will give you our recommendation on whether it is beneficial to utilize your existing website.
You can participate in the build stage as much as you want. The service includes text and image content for the pages.
If the customer wishes to use text and image content provided by them during the construction phase, they must deliver the content within 5 working days of ordering the service.
If the content is not delivered by the deadline, the service provider is free to use text and image content of its own.
Late content can be added to the pages at an hourly rate.
Duration of the build phase:
Ocillo+: Maximum delivery time of 2 weeks, includes 2 rounds of comments
Ocillo+ Growth: Maximum delivery time of 6 weeks, includes 4 rounds of comments
A comment round means a 30-minute phone call where the service subscriber and provider go through the page structure, layout, and content together and agree on changes.
The construction phase ends when the comment rounds have been used up or the delivery time has expired.
Maintenance phase
The maintenance phase is included in all our service packages.
During the maintenance phase, we ensure that your website uses the latest technology and follows the best practices.
We update your website monthly to keep it reliable, fast, and secure.
We take care of the following:
Website:
- Website functionality checks
- WordPress updates
- Plugin and theme updates
- Backups and security
- Continuous speed optimization
- Modern image formats and their functionality
- DNS management
- Cloudflare DDoS protection and CDN integration reliability and maintenance
- Server-level and CDN-level caching functionality
- Up-to-date technical search engine optimization
- Monthly reports on website updates
Optimized server:
- Nginx, OLS, and/or Apache updates, maintenance, and operational reliability
- Server PHP version and database updates and maintenance
- Compatibility of WordPress, theme, and plugin PHP versions
- SSL security operational reliability and certificate renewal
Ocillo+ Growth includes all of the above maintenance tasks as well as:
- Cloudflare Pro integration maintenance and reliability
- Cloudflare APO maintenance and reliability
- CRM integration maintenance and reliability
Additional services
Hourly rate: €100/hour.
All other work is billed at an hourly rate.
All additional work, such as content changes, further development, consulting, support, and training, is billed at an hourly rate.
Hours exceeding those included in the Growth package will be billed at an hourly rate.
Minimum billing: 1 hour.
For hourly work orders exceeding 20 hours, we will bill 50% before the work begins and 50% after the work is completed.
Billing
The client can choose between the following billing periods:
1 month or 1 year.
With the annual payment, the client receives one month free of charge.
The billing period begins on the date the service is ordered.
You will receive a receipt for your order by email (either once a month or once a year, depending on the billing period).
We will notify you of any changes related to billing, such as price increases, three months before the change takes effect.
The price of the service cannot be changed by notification:
- During the billing period
- During the fixed term (regardless of whether the billing period is 1 month or 1 year)
However, the service subscriber can upgrade the service package during the billing period or fixed term, in which case the price will be updated to correspond to the price of the selected service package.
Service level and responsibilities
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive to achieve a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of up to 99% with our partners for the servers we use. For more information about our partners and their service level agreements, please contact our customer service.
We will begin repairing critical faults within 12 hours of their detection.
Critical faults include:
- Complete malfunction of the website
- Security breaches
- Significant malfunctions that prevent normal use of the website
Responsibilities of the service provider
We are responsible for:
- The technical functionality of the service
- Fixing service interruptions
- Maintaining data security
- Backups
- Updates
- Ensuring the functionality of the website
The service provider strives to fulfill its responsibilities to the best of its ability.
The service provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the service subscriber, its business, or third parties.
Responsibilities of the service subscriber
The service subscriber is responsible for:
- The content of their website and its legality
- Compliance with copyright laws
- The processing of personal data and data protection
- Their customer registers
- The accuracy of the materials they submit to the service
- Any damages caused to third parties
Any repairs and changes resulting from the actions of the service subscriber will be invoiced separately at an hourly rate.
Ownership
The service subscriber owns:
- The content of the website (text, images, graphics, and videos)
- Brand material
- Logos and other visual elements
- Text, image, graphic, and video content produced during the service
- Customer registers
- Domains
The service provider owns:
- The technical implementation of the website
- The WordPress installation
- The theme and add-ons
- Database structure
- Customized functionalities and code
Right of redemption
The subscriber to the service has the right to redeem the entire website (including the portion owned by the service provider) for themselves upon termination of the agreement.
The redemption price is equivalent to 12 months of service fees. The price is determined based on the package the subscriber has at the time of redemption.
Upon redemption, the subscriber will receive:
- A complete copy of the website in a transfer-ready format
- A backup copy of the database
- 31 days of access to the download link
